Upon furnishing you with a detailed quote, we will also provide you with an estimated timeline for the completion of the job. As a general rule, our skilled technicians will typically devote at least 2 hours to most jobs, while larger or more complex projects may require up to 6 hours, or may be completed over several days. Our aim is to work efficiently and effectively, while ensuring that the end result meets your expectations.

However, we want to make you aware that the pressure washing machine can produce noise that may disrupt your peace and quiet. Therefore, we recommend that you consider finding an alternative location during the service if this is a problem for you, if possible. Rest assured that our team will be as careful and efficient as possible, regardless of your presence. We appreciate your trust in our services and look forward to exceeding your expectations.

Sometimes pressure washing alone is not enough and extra chemicals may be required to help reverse the visual effects of oxidation.

However, it's important to note that in some cases, oxidation may have caused too much damage to a surface, making it impossible to clean. In these cases, the only solution may be to replace the affected area.

Certainly! We offer stain removal as an add-on service to our standard cleaning offerings. If you would like us to specifically target and eliminate stains on your property, we will utilize specialized chemicals and techniques that are not typically used for standard cleaning services. As a result, there is an additional charge for stain removals and we require clients to agree to this additional charge before proceeding.

We understand that some stains depending on their severity can be lifted with one of our standard cleanings, such as a house or driveway wash. However, for more stubborn stains, such as engine oil spills, we highly recommend requesting a stain removal estimate. Alternatively, if the stain is relatively small and new, we may be able to remove it with a standard cleaning. It is always best to try a standard cleaning first before considering additional costs and stronger chemicals.

It is important to note that while we specialize in stain removal, there are situations where the chemicals we use may cause bleaching or discoloration on the surface of the stain. However, this discoloration usually fades over time and blends back in. Additionally, some stains may not be lifted despite using these chemicals. Although we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, we will do our best to target and eliminate them.

We would like to assure our clients that we would never add a stain removal charge without first obtaining their approval, and we will always inform them if there is a risk of undesirable effects. If the results do not meet our clients' expectations, we will discount the stain removal add-on price or remove it altogether. We are committed to providing high-quality service with honesty and transparency.

It is important to emphasize that we will never automatically add a stain removal to a bill without the client's approval. We will only perform a stain removal if it is specifically requested by the client or recommended by us and approved by the client. For example, if a driveway has a few oil and rust stains, we will do the standard cleaning first and only recommend a stain removal if the stains do not come out. Our ultimate goal is to provide high-quality service and results that meet our clients' expectations.

We would like to inform you that refunds are not offered for services that have been completed. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the services provided by our technicians. If you are unsatisfied with the results of the completed service, we request that you contact us by phone or email within 72 hours of the service completion. Our team will return to address any areas that were not satisfactorily completed or were missed by our technicians.

Please note that any issues arising after the 72-hour window or not covered in the service agreement are not the responsibility of our technicians. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide any additional services. After 72 hours, the job will be considered completed, and we will assume that the services provided have met your expectations. Our primary objective is to ensure that our clients are happy with the services we provide, and we are committed to making every effort to achieve this goal.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected changes in your schedule may require you to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to do so. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be calculated as 10% of the original service quote or $25.00, whichever amount is greater. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide high-quality service to all of our clients.
