Giveaway Agreement between user and Midwest Trident LLC

Effective as of March 31st, 2023

Eligibility: 

This giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Midwest Trident LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must follow the entry requirements outlined in the giveaway post, which may include liking, commenting, sharing, or following Midwest Trident LLC on social media platforms. All entry requirements will be checked before a winner is chosen to ensure they have completed all steps. Failure to complete all requirements will result in disqualification and a new winner will be selected.

Prize: 

The prize will be outlined in the giveaway post. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of Midwest Trident LLC. The prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection and Notification: 

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Midwest Trident LLC reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Use of Personal Information: 

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to allow Midwest Trident LLC to use their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and for future marketing promotions. Participants who do not wish to receive future marketing promotions may contact Midwest Trident LLC at support@tridentmidwest.com to opt-out.

Agreement to Rules: 

By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and the decisions of Midwest Trident LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Thereby agreeing to these giveaway terms, our company’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you do not agree to any of these policies, do not participate in this giveaway or our services.

Limitation of Liability: 

Midwest Trident LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, human error, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof.

Sponsor: 

The sponsor of this giveaway is Midwest Trident LLC. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote the giveaway.

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [state], and any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [city], [state].

Agreement to Release and Indemnify: 

By participating in the giveaway, the participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Midwest Trident LLC and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.
